Dominique Robinson

Dominique Robinson is an American dancer, choreographer and educator. Robinson received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Choreography from East Carolina University, and a Master of Arts in Dance Education  from New York University. She is certified in level 1-5 of the ABT-NTC curriculum and is a staff member of American Ballet Theatre’s Outreach programs. In 2014 Robinson founded Pizarts Dance Hub for Entrepreneurial Innovation, a company that assists professional dancers, choreographers and teaching artists with international opportunities, workshops and seminars. By 2017 Pizarts awarded two teaching fellows, one from Tokyo, Japan (2015) and the Buffalo, New York (2017) with a 4 week teaching tour in Argentina. On its most recent tour, Pizarts gifted three full dance scholarships to young female residents of Argentina, for the  8th Annual National Jazz Dance Conference held in 2018. Robinson is the co-founder of Dance Gap Year an extension of Pizarts that provides dancers ages 17-28 with the opportunity to volunteer, study language, pedagogy and composition for three - eight months between New York and Argentina.

 Zoe Rappaport

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Zoe Rappaport is a creative/movement director, choreographer & dance educator based in Los Angeles & New York City. Her versatile background has led her to work in live production, tv/film, content creation, editorial, music videos, industrials and commercial/advertising for over a decade. She has choreographed for artists, brands & publications such as Esteé Lauder, Grammy-award winning electronic music artist ZHU, Vidal Sassoon & "LOVE" Magazine. Her recent dance film "Unspoken Words" was featured in Dance Magazine while her interdisciplinary work in makeup & dance brought her on to work behind-the-scenes on television shows such as So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent. A strong & passionate advocate of dance education, Zoe received her B.A. from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study where she designed her concentration in Community-Based Arts Education. Behind everything she does, Zoe is dedicated to bringing dance further into the public realm, diversifying the field, broadening accessibility and creating more pathways for young people to pursue dance as a sustainable career.
